Congrats to all of those that have run in the last couple of races.  I have been preparing for other things and therefore have not been able to participate.  For all of those who have continued to show up and put forth the effort, we all salute you.  Just a couple of races that were run were, Tyler's Run and the Kraut Route.  Again Congrats.

Please help me in welcoming Steve Bowman of the Covington Police as our newest member of the Blue Hogs.  He completed his first 5k on 9/30/06 in the Mustang Stampede.  Also T-shirts have arrived for those who need them or are wishing to trade in the huge one I sold them last year.

9/2/2006

Alright it seems that we have had more than one person run in the Independence 5k.  First our Blue Hogs members, Leanne Vonderhaar and Richard T. Williams.  Congratulations to both of you for you efforts.  A non hog, Robert Auton of the Covington Police Dept. also ran and is getting an honorable mention for taking home the award for his age group.

8/6/6

Everyone please congratulate Bryan Frodge on his completion of the East Fork Triathlon.  He stated in his email to me that it was set up much better than last years.  That is very good to know cause last years was awful.  Anyway, Gratz on a good race.

8/3/6

Well it seems that Ms. Vonderhaar is trying to run away with the point standings.  She completed the running portion of the Splash and Dash in Erlanger.  Good Job Leanne, keep up the work.

7/15/6  BIG NEWS

We all need to congratulate Leanne Vonderhaar on the completion of her first Triathlon.  She competed in the Woodmont Apex Triathlon in Louisville Ky.  The Race Gods salute those who are daring and willing to give it their all.  Rock on Ms. Vonderhaar.

7/12/06

You are all going to have to except my apology for the slacking that I have done on the website.  It is no excuse, I have just been busy.  I do have two races to report as Keith Link and Leanne Vonderhaar completed the Edgewood 5k on the 4th of July.  Bryan Frodge and Myself also completed the Cesaer's Creek Triathlon.  The weather was perfect and for those of you thinking about doing your first Tri, I suggest this one it was perfect.

6/6/06

It would seem that we have another race to put in the books.  Congratulations to Cassandra Stella, Leanne Vonderhaar and Keith link who all ran the Redlegs 5k.  It is my understanding that all three of the runners posted personal bests on the race.  The Gods salute you and you efforts.

5/29/06

Well, there are two races to report. First the torch run.  Please me in congratulating those that took part in the 2.5 mile run.  They are Keith Link, Leanne Vonderhaar and Brian Frodge.

Second is the Buffalo Trails Triathlon.   Completing that grueling course was again Brian Frodge and Bill Conrad.  I do believe that Mr. Frodge is trying to run away with this years points title.
